We call them road warriors. Rogers Communications’ sales professionals who are out on the streets – day to day, door to door – rocking homes across Canada with stellar television and internet service and information.

Indeed, they are. They can be tough to coach to as well.
Enter R3. We launched Rock the Home with Rogers in 2014 – hitting the cold, hard streets of Canada with our road warriors, eh. We experienced what they experience. That’s how we developed a sales process and learning path to address their specific needs – particularly foundational sales training. Rogers’ front-line sales reps went through boot camp for that piece, while managers took customized workshops to learn how to be even better coaches for their foot soldiers.
Coaches and front-line reps report a noticeable improvement in performance since the completion of Rock the Home. Coaches are more focused on a proactive coaching style that encourages positive behaviors as opposed to a reactionary style that punishes for poor performance metrics.
R3 continues to push Rogers out of its comfort zone – working together to implement and sustain a culture of practice to continuously improve and create an even better experience for all.
